Responsibilities: A Regional Sales Manager will be promoting and carrying out specification sales across the Republic of Ireland to architects, main contractors, roofing contractors, merchants, distributors and other key decision-makers within the construction industry. The Regional Sales Manager will be working closely with the Area Sales Managers in regard to available opportunities and will report directly to the Director. Use industry expertise and knowledge to drive business development and achieve targets. Build and nurture relationships with industry professionals to manage and grow existing accounts as well as pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and secure project specifications. Attend industry trade shows, conferences and networking events to showcase the products and expand professional networks.Requirements: A Regional Sales Manager must have a proven track record in sales, ideally within the construction or building materials sector. Experience in specification sales, particularly with architects and contractors. Strong account management skills with the ability to maintain and grow long-term relationships. Knowledge of natural roofing products or the wider construction market is highly desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently across the Republic of Ireland.
