Strong knowledge of operational systems, financial management, and client relationship management in the catering industry. Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and catering industry software. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or 5+ years of experience as a Senior Manager in catering or hospitality. Responsibilities of the Regional Support Manager Build and maintain strong, proactive relationships with clients at all sites, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery. Support daily catering operations across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and addressing operational challenges swiftly. Assist in mobilising new catering contracts, conducting site assessments, and developing tailored service plans to meet client needs. Act as the main point of contact for clients, attending meetings, addressing concerns, and providing strategic solutions. Collaborate with unit managers to address site-specific challenges, provide training, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
