Regional Technical Sales Manager for Water Treatment in Southern Ireland required to manage sales and revenue growth in the region.

The Regional Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Providing account management and support to top clients across the region within the Water treatment cluster.
- Developing, retaining, and growing business in the region, with a proven track record of business development in a KPI-driven setting.
- Managing sales and revenue growth in the region, with a focus on profitable sales and revenue achievement.
- Supporting the Cluster Manager (UK & Ireland WT) in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
- Attending trade shows and training events to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
The successful candidate will have:
- An engineering qualification or background/knowledge, with a Level 3 qualification.
- Business development experience, with a proven track record of sales growth and revenue achievement.
- Knowledge of the water treatment industry, with experience of fluid handling and chemical dosing systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to clients and stakeholders.
- A self-motivated and dynamic approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The company offers a competitive basic salary of €50k, with an OTE of c20%, plus a company car, pension, 25 holidays, and a fantastic working environment.
