Experienced Architect sought for Cork consultancy with expertise in civil and structural engineering and architectural services.
Job Description: As a Registered Architect, you will be working on complex projects with a high degree of design freedom, collaborating with civil and structural engineers, and ensuring projects meet Irish Building Regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Display strong design knowledge and management skills
- Manage clients and contractors
- Ensure projects meet Irish Building Regulations
Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years of experience in industry (post-registration)
- Experience on Irish projects
- Working understanding of project methodology, design process, and construction phases
- Good understanding of planning process and building control legislation
