Bucholz McEvoy Architects, a design-led practice, have an opportunity for an ambitious Project Architect, passionate about resilient architecture to join our team on projects in Ireland and internationally as a key team member. Candidates will have a variety of experience of building types and job stages on challenging projects that will ensure their professional development in a supportive and flexible environment Candidates will have an interest in low carbon climate responsive design, alongside a commitment to the delivery of high-quality detailed design. They will be agile, with a proactive work ethic, excellent communication, team collaboration & self-management skills, alongside an ability to lead and mentor younger team members.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience, with minimum 3 years post professional practice qualification (on RIAI register or equivalent / eligible to seek registration without further assessment).
- Strong design development skills required.
- Design & delivery experience on large public/private mixed use projects.
- Knowledge of and experience with statutory & regulatory context.
- Experience & proficiency in preparation of documentation packages using BIM tools/ Revit on large scale projects.
- Visualization, photoshop, inDesign skills an advantage.
