The successful candidate will work as a member of the multidisciplinary team providing a patient-centered quality and seamless service. The post holder will be required to work as a member of the multidisciplinary team in providing and developing an efficient and effective Occupational Health Service for all Hospital personnel.
The successful applicant should demonstrate skills including excellent keyboard skills, experience in teaching and assessing junior staff/nursing students, experience in carrying out audits, and desired skills such as Nurse Prescribing Registration or agreement to undertake within an agreed timeframe.
The post holder will be responsible for managing and enhancing existing services, identifying and implementing new initiatives to optimise staff wellbeing and an overall quality service.

The post holder will be required to demonstrate that they have continuing professional development (CPD) relevant to the specialist area, and have the ability to practice safely and effectively fulfilling his/her/their professional responsibility within his/her/their scope of practice.
