Job Summary: We are seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to elderly residents in a new state-of-the-art care home in Co. Meath. The role involves administering medications, monitoring health conditions, and providing assistance with daily activities. You will develop and implement personalized care plans, closely observe and report any changes in residents' health, and ensure a safe, hygienic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to elderly residents
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions
- Provide assistance with daily activities
- Develop and implement personalized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to meet the physical and emotional needs of residents
Requirements:
- Currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) or eligible to be so registered
- Minimum two years of post-graduate experience
- At least 1 year of experience working with elderly care
- HIQA Standards and Health Act Regulations 2013 knowledge
- Excellent clinical, leadership, and organizational skills
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Strong communication and listening skills
