Job Description
Job Summary: Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to elderly residents in a state-of-the-art care home by administering medications, monitoring health conditions, and providing daily assistance.
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions
- Provide daily assistance with activities of daily living
- Develop and implement personalized care plans
- Closely observe and report any changes in residents' health
- Ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Offer emotional support and foster social engagement
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to meet residents' physical and emotional needs
- Supervise junior staff and respond to medical emergencies
Requirements: Currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland, minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience, experience working with elderly care, HIQA Standards and Health Act Regulations 2013, strong clinical and leadership skills, and fluency in English.
