Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver evidence-based individualised care to residents and families.
- Supervise and allocate duties to healthcare assistants.
- Work effectively and efficiently in terms of time management, personal organisation and adherence to organisational procedures and work structures.
- Cultivate positive relationships with residents and families.
- Reflect in practice the mission statement of the clients through the provision of responsible, empathetic and professional healthcare.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the acute nursing sector in Ireland.
- NMBI PIN number.
- Valid and up-to-date CPR and NRP.
- Valid Patient Manual handling.
- Strong knowledge of HIQA standards.
- A fluent level of English both written and oral is essential.
- Must have all Hep B vaccinations received.
