Excel Healthcare is now looking to recruit a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team to work in a HSE facility in Newcastle, South Dublin. This job would suit an experienced nurse looking to have a flexible schedule that would suit their lifestyle. Responsibilities of this Registered Nurse job: Safely administer prescribed medications and treatments. Report any significant changes in patients' health status to the appropriate medical staff. Provide education and support to patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care. Ensure that patients and their families understand their care plans and are able to follow them. Maintain clear and accurate patient records and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers.
