Care for the elderly in a 35-bed nursing home in Liss, Hampshire, with a growing company that offers competitive salary, workplace pension scheme, and flexible working hours.
**Job Requirements:**
- RGN qualification with active NMC Pin
- Experience in writing care plans and working in a care environment
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain clinical equipment in a safe and functional state
- Manage and record medication safely and appropriately
- Engage with GP's, hospitals, and local agencies
- Assess and evaluate new residents
- Report psychological changes in residents
- Ensure high standards of care and safety for residents
**Working Hours:**
- 36 hours per week
- 12 hour shift, day and night shifts, weekend availability
**Requirements for Employment:**
- NMC Pin (required)
- Work authorisation in the United Kingdom (required)
