Responsibilities for this Registered Nurse role include: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patient, prioritising their safety, comfort, and dignity. Administer medications and treatments in alignment with HSE guidelines and standards. Monitor and document patient's vital signs, progress, and treatment responses. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement personalised care plans. Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care. Maintain precise patient records and uphold patient confidentiality. Respond swiftly to emergencies and provide appropriate care in high-pressure situations.
