Senior Regulatory Reporting Accountant
In a partnership with an international insurance company in Dublin, we seek a skilled professional to fill a new permanent position within their growing team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Finance.
- Key Accountabilities:
- Preparation of Solvency II Pillar III quarterly and annual reports.
- Conduction of quarterly and ad hoc Standard Formula calculations.
- Contributions to the development and improvement of Solvency II reporting.
- Maintenance and updates of the Solvency II Data Repository.
- Preparation of qualitative narrative reporting as required.
- Response to regulatory queries in a timely manner.
- Liaison with auditors for effective sign-off of Solvency II submissions.
- Maintenance of regulatory reporting and capital reporting process manuals.
- Contributions to the completion of ORSAs.
- Preparation of other regulatory and capital reporting deliverables.
- Proactive review of regulatory requirements to stay updated.
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant with experience in insurance accounting, Solvency II reporting, and branch reporting.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of general ledger systems, regulatory regimes, and capital reporting rules.
- Project management and risk management experience advantageous.
Remuneration Package:
- €85,000 - €95,000 salary.
