Regulatory Compliance Manager – Irish Funds – Private Investment FirmMiryco Consultants is working with a renowned private investment firm who are looking for a Compliance Manager to join their Dublin office. This role is well suited for someone with a particular understanding of CBI regulations pertaining to Irish funds.Responsibilities:* Supporting the Designated Person for Regulatory Compliance.* Design and maintenance of the CMP.* Performing compliance risk-assessments.* CBI Portal reporting.* Leading due diligence processes for the entity.Experience:* Demonstratable Compliance experience in a senior role.* Asset management or funds experience ideal.* Thorough understanding of CBI's regulations.* AML/CDD/KYC experience.* Strong report writing skills.Location: DublinShould you not be contacted within five working days of submitting your application, then unfortunately you have not been shortlisted for the opportunity.
