Surrounded by some of the industry's leading consultants, you will be given exposure to high-profile projects both locally and internationally.You will have at least 4 years within Finance, Risk or Data Consulting within financial services or a strong industry background with a desire to move into consulting.Our client focuses on providing expert guidance and support to clients in navigating complex regulatory landscapes, managing and analysing finance and risk data, and implementing finance transformation initiatives.The goal is to drive the finance functions’ effectiveness, agility and value contribution within the client's organisation, which can include integration of new technologies, optimisation of processes and the adoption of innovative practices.Responsibilities:Work as part of client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds, demonstrating a strong understanding of core business and finance operations gained through involvement/delivery of projects.Exceptional problem-solving ability, including logical reasoning, creative thinking, and the ability to untangle complex issues for improving existing business processes and workflows.Deliver high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget.Demonstrate understanding in project management fundamentals, including RAID logs, status reports, and meeting minutes.Collaborate with clients to identify their business goals, processes, and challenges, converting these insights into detailed functional requirements.Innovate and develop creative solutions to client challenges, enhancing strategic and operational outcomes.Articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to ensure stakeholder understanding.Development specifically in areas of thought leadership, RFP support, operations, and training. #J-18808-Ljbffr
