Job Description:
As a Regulatory Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of market documents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating signatures for market documents as per process and agreed timelines
- Coordinating notarisation/apostille of documents
- Supporting review of ad-hoc market and legal documents
- Liaising with cross-functional project groups e.g. Quality, Legal, Finance
- Tracking of market documents and status
- Supporting any other project requirements
- Providing support in order to administer and distribute correspondence and enquiries
About Your Skills & Experience:
We are looking for a candidate with an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills, and experiences:
- 2 years of experience working within an administrative role in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience with MS Office packages e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Previous pharmaceutical experience would be desired but not essential
- Ability to work under your own initiative and drive tasks to completion
- Good communication skills
- Excellent organisational & time management skills
