Regulatory Response Associate role for a US Multinational accommodation services client based in Dublin, requiring 11-month contract with remote and hybrid work arrangements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage complex, sensitive, and high-risk cases that may impact the brand's ability to operate in different countries, cities, and municipalities.
- Handle sensitive discrimination cases and escalations involving e-Staff and Legal team, meeting expected SLAs.
- Deliver a superior community experience for executive cases, collaborating with other teams and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Meet performance expectations regularly, owning time management efficiently to handle different work assignments.
- Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures, being an expert in compliance, policy, legal, local regulations, consumer bodies, and brand risk topics.
- Provide upward feedback on regulatory cases, communicating regularly with supervisors and managers.
- Compile incident reports at the direction of leadership, maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align on case strategy.
Requirements:
- 1 year's experience in legal, policy, or regulatory fields.
- Fluency in French and Italian (ideally).
- Strong analytical and investigation skills, able to compile reports and analyze data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in client-facing roles, comfortable making/taking customer calls.
- Interest in legal/policy/consumer bodies issues and how they apply.
- Excellent time management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
