Job Description

Manage company secretarial requirements, attend quarterly board meetings, and maintain client relationships for a global leader in administrative services based in Dublin 4.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage company secretarial requirements for allocated entities.
  • Attend quarterly board meetings, provide board packs and minutes where needed.
  • Draft services agreements and ancillary documents under guidance.
  • Maintain communication with clients, internal and external parties.
  • Evaluate and discuss client and prospect requests.
  • Grow relationships with existing clients and intermediaries.
  • Attend meetings, report legal issues to clients.
  • Maintain client files according to local procedures.
  • Train junior team members.
  • Oversee transaction documents execution by junior team members.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in company secretarial, compliance, legal, accounting, or transaction management.
  • ICSA Qualified or part qualified a bonus.
  • Experience attending board meetings, drafting minutes.
  • Ability to use own initiative, be adaptable.
  • Good attention to detail, organized individual.
