Job Description
Manage company secretarial requirements, attend quarterly board meetings, and maintain client relationships for a global leader in administrative services based in Dublin 4.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage company secretarial requirements for allocated entities.
- Attend quarterly board meetings, provide board packs and minutes where needed.
- Draft services agreements and ancillary documents under guidance.
- Maintain communication with clients, internal and external parties.
- Evaluate and discuss client and prospect requests.
- Grow relationships with existing clients and intermediaries.
- Attend meetings, report legal issues to clients.
- Maintain client files according to local procedures.
- Train junior team members.
- Oversee transaction documents execution by junior team members.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years' experience in company secretarial, compliance, legal, accounting, or transaction management.
- ICSA Qualified or part qualified a bonus.
- Experience attending board meetings, drafting minutes.
- Ability to use own initiative, be adaptable.
- Good attention to detail, organized individual.
