Job Description
Relationship Manager sought by global leader in administrative services to manage company secretarial matters, corporate affairs, and transaction management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage company secretarial requirements for allocated entities.
- Attend quarterly board meetings, providing board packs and minutes.
- Draft services agreements and ancillary documents under guidance.
- Maintain communication with clients, internal and external parties.
- Evaluate and discuss client and prospect requests.
- Grow relationships with existing clients and intermediaries.
- Attend meetings with clients and new potential clients.
- Report legal issues with clients in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate client files in accordance with local procedures.
- Train junior team members as required.
- Oversee execution of transaction documents by junior team members.
Candidate Requirements:- 2-3 years' experience in company secretarial, compliance, legal, accounting, or transaction management.
- ICSA qualification or part qualification is a bonus.
- Experience attending board meetings and drafting minutes.
- Ability to use initiative and be adaptable.
- Good attention to detail and a very organized individual.
