Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, you will lead the expansion of our existing client base and use your strategic social selling skills to educate prospective customers on the benefits and value of Sales Navigator.

We're a hybrid workplace, where you can work from home and commute to a Linked In office as needed.

Our Sales Solutions team is dedicated to changing the world of sales, supporting customers in developing a Deep Sales approach.

You will sell Sales Navigator to customers who need this tool to sell to their own customers and grow their business.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn about Linked In's platform, products, and associated tools.
  • Effectively communicate the Linked In Sales Solutions value proposition.
  • Make discovery calls and confirm meetings with key decision makers.
  • Successfully articulate the value of Sales Navigator.
  • Create a pipeline of reasonable opportunities and reliable forecasts.
  • Develop and execute strategic full-year plans for your Book of Business.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to meet your customers' needs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a sales role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience negotiating contracts and managing a high volume of customers and renewals within the UKI market.
  • Experience in a software, SaaS, or startup environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Solid negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, project, time, and customer management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close businesses in an evangelistic sales environment.
  • Ability to predictably forecast and execute on business goals.
  • Ability to use insights and data-driven decisions in the sales process.
  • Ability to effectively build trust-based relationships with senior-level sales professionals.
  • Ability to bring together multiple buyers in the same company to build groundswell.
