Overview:

You should be a recognised solutions expert in at least one service line, with good understanding of the interactions with the other service lines. Your expertise should be in newer/innovative ways of working utilising technologies and platforms that are beyond the normal/traditional ways of working we see across many of our clients. While you will need to be technically adept you must also be a great communicator and able to collaborate and liaise effectively with the CBU, senior client and MBU sales leads.

Responsibilities:

1. Building relationships with existing key accounts and support 'significant' sales opportunities (as deemed by head of ASG) in their region to:
   • Architect solutions based on client needs in collaboration with local CBU and MBU leads.
   • Identify opportunities to position and promote the value of ASG offerings.
   • Prove new ASG technology/platform/process/etc.
   • Identify client problems and areas requiring an innovative approach.
2. Understanding ASG's offerings and limitations across all the service lines:
   • Quality assurance
   • Quality engineering
   • Automation
   • Digital/emerging services
3. Demonstrating the value of ASG's offerings to regional sales, clients and local delivery leads/experts.
4. Working in the region as a Solution Architect to discover, define and refine client problems, and in conjunction with the wider ASG design and implement a solution to such problem.
5. Continuously stay on top of emerging trends and technologies and bring insights to the local region and into the ASG centre.
6. Track market competition and their developments, innovations. Leverage this knowledge to help better position Expleo ASG offerings and value add.
7. Gaining a strong understanding of our global partner eco-system and the value they bring and where they can be leveraged. Establish and manage new local partnerships that fit with the ASG vision.
8. Contributing to the ASG platforms innovation roadmap.
9. Leveraging the ASG technologies & platforms development team – to enable rapid reaction to market and clients demands.
10. Owning and growing the regional collaborative innovation network (CIN) – ASG aims to build out our platforms, technology and IP offerings through collaboration with an eco-system of smaller tech companies across our regions.

• Strong leadership skills, must be able to effectively lead the team and interact with other teams to derive information required for projects.
• Strong client facing skills.
• The ability to highlight and escalate risks related to projects.
• Excellent communication skills, effective communication of ASG initiatives, innovations and offerings with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of agile, DevOps and cloud technologies.

Experience:

• Communicating and able to collaborate and liaise effectively with the CBU, senior client and MBU sales leads.
• Providing innovative solutions to service delivery on RFPs.
• The design of strategies for large scale and/or complex projects.
• Delivering large scale projects, directly managing distributed teams.
• Building good client relationships and successfully delivering projects.
• A large range of test or development tools and frameworks including agile delivery.
• Working across multiple service lines would be beneficial.
