The Reliability Engineering is a key role in ensuring the site delivers improved line performance and driving enhanced maintenance effectiveness. This role will report to maintenance organisation and will be a cornerstone in the site's journey to world class maintenance. A key element of the role is to be responsible for assessing reoccurring breakdowns / line performance issues, implementing viable solutions to eliminate the causes at the root cause all the while leveraging the HPS tools to achieve sustained high performing equipment. The role will collaborate closely with the wider maintenance team as well as utilising existing expertise in both other onsite functions as well as within the wider Hollister network.
5+ years' work experience. Technical Skills and Experience in Reliability Engineering.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Previous demonstrated knowledge and experience of Lean Manufacturing & six sigma methodology (e.g. Hollister Production System) would be beneficial. Strong communication skills both verbal and written are required, and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work with multiple functions and stakeholders to derive viable solutions, and a proven track record of successful implementation of these solutions. Requires innovative thinking, where new and untested solutions are proposed, demonstrated and implemented on a regular basis. Understanding of applicable regulatory (safety and quality).
