```html Reliability Engineer Protect the company assets through monitoring and updating of maintenance policies. Analyze the performance data of the machinery using the systems in place and implement best practice for the maintenance department. Key Responsibilities: BUDGET Provide guidelines of the maintenance budget for the evaluation of economic impacts. Benchmarking: performs the comparative analysis of the outcomes of maintenance methods. MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES Defines the guidelines for the maintenance methods and proposals. Defines the methods of data collection and analysis necessary for the evaluation of maintenance procedures. Makes a critical analysis and review of the maintenance manuals. Defines and shares the methods of fault analysis in order to collect the data required for analysis. PLANNING INTERVENTIONS Developing medium-term plan. Provides information about maintenance opportunities as a result of the data analysis e.g. PM’s. PERFORMANCE MEASURES Collects, processes and shares maintenance practices available in and outside the company to be used during work. Collects and analyzes performance data of the plants and performs analyses necessary to improve the system of indicators. Defines performance indicators (KPI) for the maintenance. Key Requirements: Higher Diploma (level 8) or Degree qualified. A minimum of 2 years’ experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong influencing and negotiation skills.
