Our Culture Bio Marin's Technical Operations group is responsible for creating our drugs for use in clinical trials and for scaling production of those drugs for the commercial market.

Reliability Engineer - Shanbally, Ringaskiddy, Cork - Hybrid role 2-3 days per week onsite Bio Marin is seeking a dedicated and experienced Reliability Engineer to manage and oversee the asset lifecycle of all assets on site.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining programs such as spare parts management, preventive maintenance (PM) programs, continuous improvement initiatives, and condition monitoring.
This role requires a strong background in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and familiarity with the ISO 55000 framework.Conduct reliability assessments, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and root cause analysis (RCA) to identify and mitigate equipment risks.
