Reliability Engineer role involves protecting company assets through maintenance policy updates and analyzing machinery performance data to implement best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Budget Management:
  • Develop maintenance budget guidelines for economic impact evaluation.
  • Perform comparative analysis of maintenance methods outcomes.
• Maintenance Procedures:
  • Establish guidelines for maintenance methods and proposals.
  • Define data collection and analysis methods for maintenance procedure evaluation.
  • Conduct critical analysis and review of maintenance manuals.
  • Develop and share fault analysis methods for data collection.
• Planning Interventions:
  • Develop medium-term maintenance plans.
  • Identify maintenance opportunities through data analysis (e.g. PM's).
• Performance Measures:
  • Collect, process, and share maintenance best practices for use during work.
  • Analyze performance data of plants and improve system indicators.
  • Define performance indicators (KPI) for maintenance.

Key Requirements:

• Higher Diploma (level 8) or Degree qualification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Hands-on approach, highly motivated, and resilient.
