Key Responsibilities: • **Budget Management**: Provide guidelines for maintenance budget evaluation of economic impacts. • **Benchmarking**: Perform comparative analysis of maintenance methods outcomes. • **Maintenance Procedures**: Define guidelines for maintenance methods and propose new approaches. • **Data Collection and Analysis**: Define methods for data collection and analysis necessary for maintenance procedure evaluation. • **Maintenance Manual Review**: Conduct critical analysis and review of maintenance manuals. • **Fault Analysis**: Define and share methods for fault analysis to collect data for analysis. • **Planning Interventions**: Develop medium-term plans. • **Maintenance Opportunities**: Identify maintenance opportunities based on data analysis. • **Performance Measures**: Collect, process, and share maintenance practices for use during work. • **Performance Data Analysis**: Collect and analyze performance data of plants and perform analyses to improve system indicators. • **Key Performance Indicators (KPI)**: Define performance indicators for maintenance. Key Requirements: • Higher Diploma (level 8) or Degree qualified. • Minimum of 2 years' experience. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Strong influencing and negotiation skills. • Analytical skills. • Hands-on approach, highly motivated, and resilient.
