Job Description
We are seeking Relief Residential Care Assistants to provide cover for staff leave in Residential Houses. The successful candidate will support Team Leaders in ensuring the well-being and personal hygiene of people with intellectual disabilities. They will also support service users in living in the community, choice and control, social participation, personal relationships, education and personal development. The successful candidate will be appointed on the Care Assistant HSE Consolidated Payscale, €14.88 - €20.66 per hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities:
- Ensure the physical and emotional well-being, as well as personal hygiene, of people with intellectual disabilities.
- Support service users in living in the community, choice and control, social participation, personal relationships, education and personal development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support or similar.
- Currently eligible to work in Ireland.
