Relief Sous Chef role available in Dublin, working Monday to Friday, with a rate of €19.23 per hour.

We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our team at Brown Thomas Dublin, with a strong background in high-volume kitchen operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in menu planning and design
- Ensuring kitchen operations meet quality standards
- Managing stock inventory and controlling food wastage
- Maintaining high levels of food hygiene and health and safety
- Supporting training and development of kitchen staff
