Job Description
Electronics Technician sought by leading electronics company to monitor RMA logs, report issues, and perform technical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor RMA logs to track customer returns and identify recurring issues.
- Report negative trends and issues to management for improvement.
- Assist engineers with experiments and technical tasks.
- Conduct Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) on in-house equipment annually.
- Perform PAT testing on terminals before delivery to customers.
- Diagnose and repair electrical/electronic equipment using specialized test equipment.
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks to enhance equipment reliability.
- Set up test apparatus and develop custom test equipment for functional and operational tests.
- Prepare technical reports, charts, and graphs to document findings.
- Assist with facility maintenance activities to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.
Requirements:
- Certificate/Diploma qualification in electronics.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the electronics industry.
- Proficient in using computer packages for data analysis and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
