Key Responsibilities: Repair and Service: Diagnose and repair various power tools and garden machinery, ensuring all equipment is returned to optimal working condition. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent future issues. Parts Management: Accurately interpret parts drawings to identify necessary components. Order and manage inventory of parts needed for repairs, ensuring timely and efficient service. Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to understand their repair needs and provide updates on the status of their equipment. Offer expert advice on the maintenance and care of power tools and garden machinery. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts ordered, and customer interactions. Provide detailed reports on completed work and any issues encountered. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in repairing and servicing power tools and garden machinery. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret parts drawings and technical manuals. Familiarity with ordering and managing parts inventory.
