WHAT WILL YOU DO?We're seeking a talented Report Specialist to join our team of highly skilled professionals.
You will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and deploying client-facing dashboards, reports, invoices, and bill layouts primarily using SAP Crystal Reports and Power BI.
We're particularly interested in candidates who have client-facing experience and an understanding of relational database models and SQL.
You will be joining the Project Team based in Sandyford in Dublin.
While the role is office-based from our Dublin office, travel within Ireland to client sites may be required on occasion.
Duties Include: Adhering to a schedule of work as prioritized by your line manager.
Liaising with clients to identify and confirm user requirements.
Designing dashboards and reports using Power BI and SAP Crystal Reports.
Conducting unit testing and deploying for UAT.
Supporting UAT and providing timely fixes to issue logs.
Controlling & monitoring what's in scope.
Initiating and managing change control.
Deploying clean, efficient solutions based on user requirements.
Providing technical support to our clients and internal support team post-implementation.
Creating technical documents and training staff.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED?Be proficient in SAP Crystal Reports or similar reporting software.
Knowledge/experience of Power BI would be an asset.
Have a good working knowledge of SQL.
Have experience in producing reports in an Agile environment.
Have an understanding of Azure Dev Ops, remote support tools, and support logging applications.
Be able to manage a number of software projects concurrently, either individually or under a programme of work.
Be a team player, with a willingness to support and help your colleagues when necessary.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Have strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Dealing with customers by phone entails a significant part of the role, so you will be fluent in English with a good professional communication manner.
