Job Description

Role: Reporting & Insights Senior Analyst Location: Location: Molesworth Street, Dublin 2 - Hybrid (working remotely 3 days per week) This role is being offered on a permanent basis. Are you comfortable with taking complex datasets and analysing them to provide insightful information? Do you want to take on a challenge of developing real time reporting tools? Do you enjoy working in Financial Services with emphasis on financial analysis and risk management? About the Role: The role is positioned within the Risk Technology and Transformation team where we manage the Risk Function's planning and provide oversight of the operations of Risk including People and Engagement, Risk Finances, Change, Risk systems and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Include: Collating, analysing, and interpreting complex data with the focus on developing robust reporting tools. Presenting to Senior Management and various stakeholders across the Group, leading to insight and action development. Providing excellent service with an emphasis on delivering timely results, effective escalation, and issue resolution. Fostering strong and engaging relationships with stakeholders, ensuring highly effective communication, and prompting mutual understanding. Actively engaging in learning, processes improvement, and problem solving and contributing to the department's strategy, as well as providing ad hoc support, as required. What you will bring: Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in a control function, risk function or internal audit and a 3rd level qualification or equivalent. Expert knowledge of Excel and Power BI/Power query. Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to develop and manage stakeholder relationships. Experience in financial analysis and finance operations within the Group. Proven report writing capabilities and experience of analysing data. Knowledge of SAP system and QlikView system preferable.
