Research Assistant B in Psychology/Organisational behaviour/Social science
Technological University Dublin is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Assistant B to join their team in the School of Food Science and Environmental Health.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in Psychology, Organisational behaviour, or Social science to assist in research projects and contribute to the development of high-quality research outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, implementation, and analysis of research projects
- Conduct literature reviews and data analysis
- Develop and maintain research databases and records
- Prepare and present research findings to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Psychology, Organisational behaviour, or Social science (or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of research experience in the public or private sector
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
Desirable Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Psychology, Organisational behaviour, or related area
- Experience in quantitative data analysis using SPSS, R, or Mplus
- Knowledge of research design and methodology
