We are seeking to recruit a Resident Engineer (Electrical) with 7+ years of relevant experience in Site Supervision activities to be based in the South-East region of Ireland. Candidates will be seconded into a client office/site to work on a number of capital projects in the water and wastewater sectors. Desirable skills/attributes: Experience in administrating Contracts – Public Works & FIDIC Knowledge and Awareness of Health and Safety Legislation and Regulations Chartered Engineer Managing Safely in Construction Training Enthusiastic, hardworking, and flexible Willing to take responsibility and comfortable working as part of a team An excellent communicator, written and verbal in English Responsibilities: Specializing in Electrical elements of the works Driving delivery of projects on site on behalf of Uisce Éireann with a focus on health & safety, timely delivery, cost management, and ensuring that the project is constructed to the specified quality standard Ensuring that the works are carried out in accordance with the contract documents (works requirements) Monitoring and reporting on works being carried out to the Employer’s Requirements Implementing Uisce Éireann safety policies and standards on the construction projects Reviewing and commenting on project/site specific HSQE documentation Monitoring compliance with contract health and safety requirements Worker Type: Employee Job Type: Regular #J-18808-Ljbffr
