Resident Engineer (Electrical) sought for capital projects in water and wastewater sectors in South-East Ireland.
Atkins Realis is a leading provider of engineering professional consulting and support services with offices across Ireland.
We are seeking a Resident Engineer (Electrical) with 7+ years of relevant experience in Site Supervision activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Specializing in Electrical elements of the works
- Driving delivery of projects on site with a focus on health & safety, timely delivery, cost management, and quality standard
- Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with contract documents and Employer's Requirements
- Implementing Uisce Éireann safety policies and standards on construction projects
- Reviewing and commenting on project/site specific HSQE documentation
- Monitoring compliance with contract health and safety requirements
Desirable skills and attributes:
- Experience in administrating Contracts – Public Works & FIDIC
- Knowledge and Awareness of Health and Safety Legislation and Regulations
- Chartered Engineer
- Managing Safely in Construction Training
- Excellent communication skills in English
