Residential Centre Manager for Older Persons: Lead and manage an assisted living residential service for older persons in the community, working with SVP members and volunteers.
We are seeking a highly experienced leader to join our team in Bundoran. As Residential Centre Manager, you will be responsible for delivering and developing an assisted living residential service for older persons in the community. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery and ongoing development of an assisted living residential service for older persons in the community
- Work with SVP members and volunteers to achieve service goals
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care and support for older persons
- Manage a team of staff and volunteers to deliver services
- Develop and maintain relationships with key agencies and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Third-level qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Social Studies, Care of the Elderly, Healthcare, or other relevant discipline
- At least 3 years' post-qualification experience working in a leadership/management role in services for older persons
- Experience working directly with older persons or this age group in a support and/or residential setting
- Experience of leading a team
- Knowledge of relevant policy and best practice issues pertaining to older persons, person-centred care, and key agencies
