Job Description
Residential Property/Block Manager sought in Carlow for dynamic and progressive licenced agent with Category C & D PSRA license.
Our clients offer a range of services including residential lettings and management, block management, sales, and valuations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing residential properties and blocks
- Providing excellent communication skills and customer service
- Using a CRM system to manage client relationships and data
- Working independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and goals
- Using MS Office to manage administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Current PSRA license - Category C & D
- Own car and full driving license
- Experience of using a CRM system preferable but not essential
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a clear and logical fashion
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office
Salary: DOE plus commission, bonus, travel & mobile phone
