Role and Responsibilities The primary focus of the role will be managing the sales and lettings of residential properties in North Dublin and the surrounding areas. As a Residential Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for: Managing the entire sales and letting process for residential properties, from listing to closing. Conducting property valuations and delivering professional sales and lettings advice to clients. Winning new instructions through networking, client meetings, and delivering excellent service. Negotiating offers and agreements between buyers, sellers, and landlords. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding expectations. Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to team success while being able to work autonomously. Candidate Requirements We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional who meets the following criteria: Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in residential sales and lettings. Proven track record in sales valuations with the ability to win new instructions. Strong self-starter with a drive to take on responsibility and work proactively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset. Ability to work independently and within a dynamic team environment.
