Job Description
Lead two residential services supporting children and young adults with moderate to profound intellectual disabilities and autism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Person in Charge in line with Health Act 2007 regulations
- Manage day-to-day operations of designated centres, resolving issues as they arise
- Monitor and review service effectiveness, efficiency and quality
- Provide emergency management support and promote quality assurance ethos
- Manage €1.9M budget, developing relationships with families and agencies
Requirements:
- QQI Level 7 BA in Applied Social Studies, Social Care or equivalent
- Management qualification in Health/Social Care or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years Supervisory or Management experience
- Strong communication, leadership and influencing skills
