**Resiliency Program Manager** Manage large-scale, enterprise-wide programs with multiple projects and work streams, delivering critical strategic enterprise capabilities or regulatory changes that impact multiple business units or disciplines. **About Northern Trust** Northern Trust is a globally recognized, award-winning financial institution that has been in continuous operation since 1889. We provide innovative financial services and guidance to the world's most successful individuals, families, and institutions by remaining true to our enduring principles of service, expertise, and integrity. **Key Responsibilities** • Translate and operationalize project/program target state into solutions • Communicate effectively to ensure clear and concise understanding of expectations • Manage and maintain progress across a portfolio of work, and continuously manage program risks, issues, and escalations as needed • Liaise between cross-functional stakeholders to align around common objectives • Continuously improve and optimize projects towards efficiency, productivity, and quality standards • Maintain program objectives; risks; issues, and overall status within approved program structure/technologies • Proactively manage dependencies, 'reusable assets,' roadblocks, and learning points • Timely escalate and relentlessly pursue resolution of any roadblocks with a clear, end-to-end ownership mindset • Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities pertaining to the supported projects • Responsible to maintain timely packaging and archival of completed deliverables **Requirements** • Deep understanding of project management and portfolio management tools, techniques, and methods • Relevant industry knowledge (financial risk, non-financial risk, regulatory, and/or compliance) • Technical skills: Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office 365 suite required (advanced with Excel, Word, Share Point, Power Point, MS Project) • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Self-motivated, highly flexible, and adaptable to change • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Results-oriented • Knowledge of and experience supporting programs with enterprise risk management, financial or non-financial risk • Great skills across communication, facilitation, interpersonal, conflict resolution, team building, coaching members on practices, framework, ability to teach/train • Ability to establish trust-based relationships with stakeholders across enterprise, lead them towards common objectives, and managing upwards and downwards • Strong problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and time management skills • Openness to self-learning, improvement, and experimentation • Previous experience serving as a Program Manager or a relevant role
