Restaurant Area Manager Excel Recruitment, on behalf of our client, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Area Manager to oversee multiple locations in Dublin. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in restaurant management, who can drive operational excellence and ensure consistent performance across all sites. Salary: €70k - €75k Responsibilities of this Restaurant Area Manager: Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring high standards of service, food quality, and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to optimise performance, increase revenue, and control costs. Lead, mentor, and support restaurant managers, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and brand standards. Analyse financial reports, monitor KPIs, and manage budgets to achieve financial targets. Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business plans and marketing initiatives. Drive staff training and development programs to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain a strong reputation for service excellence. Qualifications of this Area Manager: Proven experience in a multi-site management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Ability to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and operational efficiency. Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A hands-on approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
