Fine Dining Restaurant Manager (Accommodation available) Location: Kildare Salary: €45-50k Duties & Responsibilities: The ability to manage a large team and implement and improve standards in order to exceed customer expectations. Ensure service standards are kept to the highest level whilst continually looking for areas to improve. Continually update service offerings in line with trends and guest expectations. Manage team rosters, stock, costs, and budgets in line with company expectations. Lead your team effectively with on-going service standards training and personal development plans. Effectively lead the Team to ensure all guests receive an excellent experience. Connect with colleagues and guests alike in a positive and friendly manner.
