Job Description
Restaurant Manager needed for a high-end restaurant in Kenmare, Co. Kerry. Develop and execute F&B strategy, lead a team, and create a culture of service excellence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Implementing and promoting the F&B philosophy
- Developing SOPs, guidelines, and goals in line with the vision
- Coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations
- Leading and overseeing a strong culture of service excellence
- Creating an atmosphere and culture that inspires guests to return and team members to remain
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role as an established manager/head of department in a food & beverage setting
- Proven experience in leading a F&B team
- 1-2 years' experience working in a busy 4*/5* hotel restaurant
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, well presented, and a hands-on attitude
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience with arranging events and functions
- Flexibility to work hours which will include mornings, evenings, and weekends
The package on offer includes:
