We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a high-end dining establishment at a luxurious property in Co Mayo.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining the high standards of service expected in a luxury setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and efficient workflow.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage costs effectively.
- Drive the restaurant's revenue by enhancing guest experiences and upselling.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in a luxury or high-end hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front of house and back of house management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
