Our renowned property is accepting applications for the role for a Restaurant Manager to lead an established Team at Wildes at The Lodge at Ashford Castle Hotel Your main responsibilities as Restaurant Manager will include the day to day running of the restaurant, with emphasis on all aspects of the guest dining and wine experience and development and training of the restaurant team.

Previous experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5 star property is essential A good knowledge of wine or WSET certification is an advantage.
