As a Retail Advisor, you will be passionate about driving sales and supporting your store and team in achieving a range of critical metrics in both sales and customer experience. What your job role will entail:
- Achievement of individual sales targets set by the business on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Ensure all administration associated with the role is completed correctly and within agreed timeframes
- Ensure you consistently deliver a first-class experience to all our customers, keeping updated on new products and services to advise our customers accordingly
- Take ownership of your customer's queries or needs, dealing with them in a positive manner to ensure that all aspects are resolved and/or seen through to completion
- Be an ambassador for the Vodafone brand
The skills that you will need:
- You must have the ability to take ownership of your customer's experience and issues to achieve a positive outcome
- Flexibility on working hours due to the opening and closing times of our stores
- You are a strong communicator with the ability to tailor your style depending on the audience
- You are self-motivated, outgoing, and energetic
- You enjoy working on your own and as part of your wider team to achieve customer satisfaction and important metrics
