Seeking experienced Retail Assistants for a Thriving Boutique in Cork City, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and driving sales.
As a Fashion Sales Advisor, you will support Store Leaders to maximize sales contribution by:
- Implementing product visuals/layout and key awareness of profit protection & health & safety standards.
- Working cohesively as a team member with a hands on approach.
- Providing multi-skilled support across the store in any area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive in-store & online sales.
- Increase conversion through customer engagement.
- Achieve & enhance brand standards, including strong visuals.
- Support achieving sales targets & drive key results.
- Be aware of cost control, how to drive & protect profit.
- Be supportive in all areas of risk & health & safety.
- Support implementation of tasks with a hands on approach.
- Be well organized, have amazing attention to detail & must be punctual at all times.
