Our client, a leading big box retailer in Ireland, is seeking an exceptional Assistant Manager to oversee store operations in Co. Cork.

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience

- Lead by example, motivating and inspiring your team to achieve and exceed targets
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, thinking on your feet and troubleshooting challenges
- Foster clear and effective communication channels with team members and higher management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a big box or large format store
- Experience leading teams of 25+ and turnovers of 2+ million
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
