We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Manager to join our team in Tralee, Co. Kerry. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for shaping customer experience, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a big box or large format store.
- Experience leading teams of 25+ and turnovers of 2+ million.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
