Position: Branch Manager - Agriculture
Location: Wexford
Salary: Neg DOE
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily activities of the branch, ensuring smooth operations
- Manage stock levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring product availability
- Manage employees to maintain adequate staffing levels
- Build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
- Provide knowledgeable advice on agricultural products, promote and upsell products to meet customer needs and enhance sales
- Oversee and manage credit control processes to ensure timely payments
- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Be willing to adapt and take on new challenges and be flexible to the business requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Practical, pleasant & energetic with ability to work on own initiative & as a team member
- Sales focused with proven sales experience
- 3rd level degree in Agriculture would be an advantage
- Keen interest in Agriculture
- Adaptable
- Ability to organise tasks in order of priority
- Ideal candidate should have 2 years' experience in a similar role
